Alan Moore, Director of Operations

Alan is the Director of Operations of Commonwealth Fund Services and has been involved in the fund services, banking and corporate administration industries for almost 20 years, predominantly in the Isle of Man and Bermuda.

Prior to joining Commonwealth Alan spent seven years in Bermuda where he held the position of General Manager and Director of International Corporate Management of Bermuda Limited. In addition he also served on the Board of Directors of its parent company Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited, together with a number of offshore fund and corporate structures.

Alan is professionally qualified as an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
